Who is Coco?
Coco belonged to a senior citizen in Williamson, who was tragically killed by a motor vehicle. Because there was no other family in the area to take in Coco, and no shelter for her to go to, she was fostered by Charity and Kevin Hurt, local citizens who were contacted about this situation. Coco had just had a litter of 9 puppies, which required that not only she, but all of her babies, get veterinarian care, shots, and spayed/neutered. With the help of C.A.R.E., Inc., the puppies were adopted out, but Coco's foster family grew very attached and the rest is history.
